We have 2 positions for a Technical Analyst IV with one of our clients in Atlanta, GA for an initial contract duration of 4 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.

TECANL: The Technical Analyst understands the business/project needs & works with Business Analyst to validate the business requirements and determine the system requirements. The Technical Analyst collaborates with the design teams to determine application, database, & other system impacts based on the requirements. The Technical Analyst works closely with other members of the technical teams to ensure all requirements are addressed in the solution design.

  • Works with Business Analyst to interpret customer and business needs and translate them into application, system, technical and operational requirements.
  • Engages and participates in projects/applications requirement sessions in order to ensure proper technical requirements are clearly documented, testable, and managed.
  • May works closely with business and boundary partners (Field Operations, Customer Care and vendors) to support application lifecycle from development through implementation.
  • Communicates technical and business aspects of work efforts between team members.
  • Determines impact on existing applications & databases based on requirements. Understands applications and systems and provides development input to architects/engineers during the analysis phase.
  • Provides project manager with time and resource estimates for technical requirements.
  • Works with technical team to ensure all requirements are addressed in solution design.
  • Coordinates with QA for testing new features and bug fixes to verify results are as expected.
  • Works directly with Development and QA teams to complete application implementations with minimal impact to customers.
  • Develops technical documentation, processes, installation procedures and service guides, application training information and may assist in the development of end-to-end documentation for various projects and supported products/applications
  • Participates in peer review of solution design documentation.
  • Reviews vendor documents as appropriate including detailed functional specifications, and file and field layouts and determines if vendor solutions meet Client requirements.
  • Develops measurements and reports on key service-level metrics.
  • Possesses a clear understanding of the architecture standards, a high-level understanding of the business, and a deep understanding of respective domain architectures (business, information, application, technology)
  • Depicts the enterprise information conceptually, logically and physically 16-Identifies architectural implications of the business requirements

ACTUAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Client has an exciting opportunity for Senior Technical Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce to be a member of the CRM team. He or she will be responsible for supporting existing CRM systems as well as aid the implementation of new functionality and new systems.

Major tasks:

  • As part of the CRM team they will ultimately be responsible for aiding in the creation of an enterprise-wide CRM solution.
  • Document business needs; identify gaps between business needs and standard CRM application functionality; design and document solutions that fill the gaps; and provide detailed business requirements specifications for Salesfore.com developers.
  • Develop and maintain end user training documentation and deliver training to users as required.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation and consider compliance in all business process analysis and redesign activities.
  • Support, analyze, and resolve critical production application issues as required.
  • Construct summary and detailed views in Salesforce.com (SFDC) for all CRM subject areas (campaign, lead, prospect, opportunity, pipeline, account, and revenue activities).
  • Provide guidance for system/process workflow template development and data filtering criteria within CRM systems.
  • Ensure consistency of CRM usage conventions, compliance with best practices, and integrity of data.
  • Perform and/or provide oversight on mass data uploads into CRM systems.
  • Implement new departments into Salesforce CRM platform as required.
  • Research and implement new releases, patches, and system updates of CRM system/s as required.
  • Lead small and mid-size projects from inception through implementation following SDLC and project management best practices.
  • Drive user adoption of CRM systems to ensure compliance and success of the tool.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to Jr team members as needed.
  • Support and implement various non Salesforce.com CRM/Marketing applications as required.
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
