Workday HCM Systems Analyst

Job Description

In terms of the core functions, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide oversight for Workday HCM platform as a Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Perform Workday functional and technical system activities including business process configuration, security fundamentals, calculated fields, report writer, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs) and manage scheduled releases
  • Collaborate with HR and other cross-functional teams to define the roadmap, prioritize projects and enhancement requests, analyze business benefits and/or operational efficiencies, map business processes, implement creative and effective solutions, manage complex projects.
  • Assess current workflow and recommend opportunities to optimize, automate, simplify, reduce manual processes, and drive accuracy and completeness
  • Facilitate unit and user testing including documentation of test scenarios and oversight of testing progress for projects and production support.
  • Act as liaison with outside vendors and the broader IT team on cross-functional projects like integrations and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process improvements.
  • Support whole-Company reporting requirements requested by Corporate Leaders throughout the organization, e.g., Finance, Tax, Internal Audit, Operations, Safety, etc., as well as requests from Air Liquide’s US Headquarters and Air Liquide’s Global Headquarters.
  • Support other HR owned applications.
  • Produce critical project documentation including requirements, business processes, and training materials
  • Other duties may be assigned

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of progressive relevant experience with HCM applications is required, with at least 3 years of experience supporting the Workday HCM platform
  • A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
  • Workday Certifications are preferred, with a PMP Certification as an additional benefit

Preferred Skills

Preferred Computer Applications :

  • 1+ years of experience with ADP Enterprise, strong working knowledge of Google platform, experience with a Case Management system such as ServiceNow is also preferred
