Support Technician II

We have a Contract position for "Support Technician II" with one of our direct clients in Anaheim, California for initial contract duration of  5+ months. No third party candidates considered for this position. US citizens and all those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.

Job Description

  • A Support Technician is responsible for all Technology at the operating location(s) in order to conduct business. 
  • Individual must be able to work unsupervised and have strong communication and reporting skills at the local and corporate levels. 
  • Individual must possess strong soft skills and a customer service focused background.
  • This position requires a level of technical expertise across multiple skill sets to address and resolve customer issues in an acceptable timeframe.  Individuals must have solid knowledge of PCs, peripherals, networks, servers, and telecommunications. 
  • The Support Technician is responsible for quickly diagnosing and resolving technical problems and/or challenges. 
  • Where applicable, may be required to participate and represent Technology in local management meetings.

Required Skills

  • End date TBD
  • Extension/Conversion depends on performance but the goal is conversion
  • 3-5 years deskside support experience preferred
  • Customer service/focus
  • Personable
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Familiarity with win10/Office/AD
  • Familiarity with networking/wifi/mobile
