We have 2 positions for a Business Analyst/Quality Test Analyst with one of our clients in Remote for an initial contract duration of 5 months. US citizens and all those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree and at least 3 to 5 years of experience related to the position's essential functions. Any equivalent education and/or work experience may be substituted to meet the position's minimum qualifications.
  • Quality Tester Analyst work involves ensuring software functionality, reliability, and performance through systematic testing.
  • Identifying and reporting defects, creating/tracking bug resolution, creating test plans, and collaborating within development teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities

Support Service Desk tickets as needed: Review, Respond, Reassign/Route for problem resolution.

For performing necessary job duties in the hybrid work environment, contractor

  •  Should possess their computer, Microsoft Office installed, internet, phone, headset, driver license. The state agency plans no expense reimbursement for this position.
  • The necessary network/system/applications and access permissions will be provided upon selection.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze software requirements, identify test scenarios, and design effective test cases.
  • Attention to Detail: Thoroughly identified and documented software defects, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
  • Communication Skills: Clear communication to collaborate with development teams, report issues, and document test results.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
