Job Description

We have a position for a ESC Support Specialist with one of our clients in Riverside, CA for an initial contract duration of 5 months.

ESC Administrator II (50% of role is focused on taking customer phone calls for HR related items in a call center environment/50% of role is data processing work for payroll related data entry)
Seeking candidates with exceptional customer service, ability to multitask and switch gears quickly, strong computer skills (MS office)
If candidate has experience with data entry in Kronos it’s a plus
PeopleSoft experience a plus
