F&I Tele Lead Gen Associate

Job Description

We have a position for a F&I Tele Lead Gen Associate with one of our clients in Mission, KS for an initial contract duration of 3 months.

• This role will work closely with our Client F&I field sales and inside team for targeting and lead generation.
• You will pique customer interest by pulling at their heartstrings by bringing forth current issues they experience and showing them a new and better way by educating the customer on the best solution leveraging the Challenger selling process.
• Work closely with marketing for day-to-day direction.  Collaborate with Inside Sales and Product Consultants to properly transition accounts for demonstrating.
• Qualify the Dealer/Needs Analysis
• Determine what solutions they currently have in place. 
• Manage and overcome prospect objections in order to secure qualified meetings and close the virtual meeting.
• Work with Manager to understand, meet and exceed goals and objectives.
• Planning
• Partner with Marketing, Inside Sales and Outside Sales to review prospect list.
• Manage a lead prospect pipeline and maintain accurate information about prospects and their companies.
• Uncover needs of potential customers and present appropriate products and solutions.
• Maintain product knowledge on all products and solutions.
