The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for managing full life-cycle recruiting efforts for all positions within assigned functional group across all Client. In addition, the Sr. Recruiter, 1) coordinates the recruitment process with leaders to identify qualified applicants and hires, 2) ensures consistency and equitability in the recruitment process, meeting all Company objectives and legal guidelines, and 3) maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to anticipate talent needs and recommend the most qualified candidates for positions.
The Sr. Recruiter can anticipate managing an average requisition load of 25-35 open positions with a target of 80 hires per year. In addition, the Sr. Recruiter will be expected to proactively build a robust, specialized talent bench for consideration for future open positions.
Top 3-5 MUST HAVEs OR REQUIRED skillset:
5+ years of recruiting experience
At least 2-3 years of IT recruiting experience
