Lead Technical Specialist

Job Description

We have a position for a Lead Technical Specialist with one of our clients in PARSIPPANY, NJ for an initial contract duration of 8 months. US citizens and all those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.

• The Senior Application Developer will be part of a team that is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining application code and data.
• The responsibilities will be performing technical analysis, implementation, debugging and maintenance of moderate to complex program modules.
• He/She will also be responsible for writing design and technical specifications, code implementation, defect correction, unit testing, and participation in design and code reviews.
• Must have thorough knowledge and experience with core Java, Spring Framework or Spring Boot, JSP and SQL Server.
• Experience with Openshift is required. Knowledge in Messaging strategies like Active MQ and IBM MQ is a plus.
• He/She performs tasks within planned durations and established deadlines.
• This position collaborates with teams to ensure effective communication in supporting the achievement of objectives.
• He/She must be self-motivated, dependable, proactive, organized and a strong team player.
