Accounting Spec I

Job Description

We have 3 positions for a Accounting Spec I with one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ for an initial contract duration of 3 months.

• Communicate with internal and external customers to facilitate timely receipt of payments and respond to inquiries.
• Process credit card payments
• Review and verify documentation
• Input invoices for payment
• Research discrepancies
• Other A/R related projects as assigned
• Receive and process payments in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Investigate discrepancies and reconcile any differences• Resolve billing errors to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation.
• Special projects as assigned. Communicate with customers to facilitate timely receipt of payments.
• Receive and process payments in accordance to established procedures and guidelines.
• Review and verify invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Input invoices for payment and perform check runs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
• Monitor customer account details for delayed or non-payments.
• Set up credit terms for customer accounts.
• Investigate discrepancies and reconcile any differences.
• Resolve billing errors to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation.
• Special projects as assigned.
