Job Description

We have a position for a Recruiting Coordinator with one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ for an initial contract duration of 6 months.

The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with the Recruiting Coordinator Manager and enterprise Recruiters to support all administrative processes relevant to professional, technical, and non-exempt recruiting for the Client companies.  The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless and compliant interview and selection process for each open position.  In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the administrative recruiting methodology and processes are consistent and equitable.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as point-of-contact for candidates and hiring managers for technical and procedural questions related to the recruiting process.
  • Create interview specific documents, collect and compile Applicant Feedback Forms, and coordinate Aon Executive Assessment debrief sessions
  • Schedules candidate interviews and coordinates recruiting dates.
  • Serves as point of contact for Hiring Managers and Interviewers regarding candidate interview schedules and rescheduling of interviews.
  • Posts open positions within the ATS and to other relevant job boards, organizations, and networking affiliations.
  • Manages applicant tracking requirements and related documentation to ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations and reduce risk to the company.
  • Prepares and completes Job Offer Letters and corresponding documents.
  • Maintains accurate and timely documents pertinent to the recruiting process.
  • Provides information about the company and job opportunities to potential applicants.
  • Maintains appropriate, timely tracking (dispositioning) of candidates as they move through the recruiting process within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinates consistent outreach efforts in compliance with FCC/OFCCP reporting.
  • Coordinates all candidate travel (flight, hotel, rental car, etc.) and reimbursement, if required.
  • Supports completion and collection of pre-hire paperwork, to include: signed offer letters, relocation and sign-on bonus agreements, and other relevant documents.
  • Conducts drug screens and background investigations for new hires.
  • Conducts and coordinates the use of new hire selection testing tools when applicable.
  • Provide continual updates to Recruiting Team.
  • Supports other recruiting related administrative tasks as necessary.
